What is ARCHER?

ARCHER stands for At Risk Chemical Health Education and Resiliency.

About ARCHER Programs

ARCHER is a prevention and intervention school-based program used in Mankato and St. Peter public schools. ART has staff present at each of the schools one day a week providing support services for students identified by the school, parents, and professionals as “at-risk”; either making choices regarding mood-altering substances that could lead to harmful consequences or contending with family or friends’ choices that affect them. The goal is resiliency, the ability to bounce back from potentially harmful events and continue to grow beyond the experience.
